Frequently Asked Questions

What are your fees?

Clients are responsible for payment for services each session. Cost per session ranges from $150.00 to $180.00. Sessions are one hour in duration. Cash, cheque or e-transfers are acceptable payment.

I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

What is your cancellation policy?

Clients are required to give a minimum of twenty-four hours notice for a cancellation or change of appointment. You will be required to pay for appointments that do not meet the cancellation policy.

How long is a session?

Counselling is not limited to a number of sessions but is geared to resolving issues and meeting goals to the satisfaction of the client. Generally clients resolve issues and meet their goals for counselling within 1-6 sessions. There is no limit to the number of sessions or length of time that a client can be in counselling. Some clients find therapy beneficial and maintain a longer term and ongoing counselling relationship.
